Catamount Mountain Resort — Curtain Wall, Commercial Glass & Entrance Project

In 2018, the Schaefer family purchased Catamount Mountain Resort with plans for a major investment in the property, including a new multipurpose lodge, renovations to an existing lodge, new trails and additional lift infrastructure.
The project quickly grew into a substantial redevelopment of the resort, supported by local contractors and a significant investment in new facilities and visitor amenities.
Martino Glass Company was selected to provide the project’s commercial glass and glazing scope, including curtain wall systems, entrance doors and vestibules.
Curtain Wall & Commercial Glazing for a Major Resort Expansion
The Catamount project required commercial glazing systems that could support a large-scale hospitality and recreational facility while providing durability, natural light and a modern architectural appearance.
Martino Glass supplied and installed the curtain wall and associated glass and glazing for the project, coordinating with the construction team throughout the installation process.

In addition to the curtain wall package, Martino Glass provided the commercial entrance doors and vestibules for the new facility.
These systems were designed to support the high-traffic demands of a mountain resort while integrating with the overall architectural glazing package.
